Jointly Owned Building

The Administrative Committee as a Legal Entity shall ensure that the communal areas of jointly owned buildings are insured against fire, lightning, and earthquake for an amount adequate for their replacement or rebuilding as stated by law. In addition, they shall protect their legal liability against visitors by having a valid Public Liability policy.
